Finance Manager High Growth Business Were partnering with a high-growth, UK-based services group to appoint a Finance Manager for a key division within the business. This is a commercially-focused finance leadership role, working closely with the CFO and divisional Managing Directors. Youll take ownership of all core financial activity reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis while also playing a strategic role in supporting the divisions ongoing expansion. Were looking for someone who can move between the detail and the bigger picture driving process improvements, providing actionable insight, and offering a clear financial voice in strategic conversations. The role will include: Full ownership of the divisional P&L, balance sheet and cash flow Business partnering with operational leadership to influence performance Oversight of accounting processes and interaction with a central finance team Leading budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles Providing financial insight on commercial opportunities, pricing and margin Supporting decision-making with clear, data-led advice Driving continuous improvement across finance operations What were looking for: A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) Solid experience in a senior finance role with a commercial edge Strong technical grounding, with the confidence to challenge and influence Clear communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders A hands-on operator with a focus on performance, pace and precision This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and ambitious business, where finance is at the heart of commercial decision-making.
