Our Commercial division is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about matching top talent with the right business opportunities.Key Responsibilities· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates within the commercial sector.· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.· Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.· Work closely with Business Development Consultants to understand client needs and requirements.· Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and database searches.· Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and industry regulations.· Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions using our CRM system.Requirements· Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within commercial, administrative, or professional services.· A proactive, target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results and achieving sales targets.· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.· Drive to attend regular face to face client meetings, build and develop client relations to maximise sales opportunities· Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.· Experience using recruitment· Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements.Benefits· Competitive salary with a lucrative commission structure.· Clear career progression opportunities within Jayco Recruitment.· Supportive and dynamic team environment.· Ongoing training and professional development.
