Join us as a Technology Operations Manager - NatWest BoxedWell look to you to bring broad experience across technology domains with the objective of elevating technology operations at NatWest Boxed.Youll be managing a multi-disciplinary team of individual contributors and managers covering incident management, delivery, technology coordination and technology reportingThis is a great opportunity to take on a role in an innovative, forward thinking environment where youll be able to have a tangible effect on the functionWhat you'll doAs a Technology Operations Manager, youll be accountable for multiple streams including Incident management, Technology Reporting, Technology Coordination and Technology delivery projects.Youll collaborate with teams across the business as well as with 3rd party vendors and clients.Youll also be:Accountable for providing visibility of multiple technology domains by utilising existing metric data to create various dashboards and views across technologyManaging the Incident Manager, provide coaching, mentoring and promote accountability for providing first class support and coordination for teams managing incidentsEstablishing the operating rhythm of the Technology Leadership Team and continually assess and improve the processes and efficiency of operationsManaging technology delivery managers focussed specifically on complex, technology specific projectsResponsible for Stakeholder, Vendor and Regulator relationship managementMotivating a team working across different disciplines and develop them to reach their full potentialThe skills you'll needWere looking for someone with previous experience managing Technology Operations teams including, Incident Management teams, Technology Reporting and Technology delivery projects. Youll also need the ability to proactively build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the business and positively influence at all levels, challenging assumptions and demonstrating the bigger picture.In addition, youll need:Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)To be able to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people from individual contributors to executive leadershipTo be a strong servant leader that seeks to get the best out of the people in their teamA strong bias for action and sense of ownership of your domain
