With significant aerospace contract wins, a facility expansion, and cutting-edge automation being introduced into manufacturing, it’s an exciting time to join this rapidly growing aerospace leader...Excellent career prospects to Head of Quality in the future 4 Day Working Week (Friday's off!)£45-60k DOE, plus a 22% PensionCollaborative company culture What you'll do as a Quality Assurance Manager: Ensure the Quality Management System complies with customer, regulatory, and third-party requirements.Develop and execute internal audits, analyze quality performance data, and support management reviews.Implement APQP/PPAP processes aligned with customer needs and AIAG guidelines.Oversee supplier assurance activities, external audits, and coordinate First Article Inspection Reports.Support product value stream teams with APQP documentation and assist the Head of Quality in achieving strategic goals.Lead investigations and improvement projects related to non-conformities and customer concerns.Ensure timely completion of assigned actions on Q-Pulse.Experience required for the Quality Assurance Manager: 5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role in aerospaceKnowledge of APQP, PPAP, Gage R&R and SPCWriting of Company level Procedures and Working level InstructionsPractical experience/knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Gage R&R and capability studiesKnowledge of AS9100 StandardRecognised Qualification in Engineering and/or Quality AssuranceISO9000/AS9100 Quality SystemsIf you are a dynamic Quality Assurance Manager, please apply today with your CV or reach out to Chloe Smith at or 01616410091.
