We are looking for a skilled Avionics Production Technician to be part of a pioneering team, assembling and integrating advanced UAV systems designed for long-endurance missions in the stratosphere.Key Responsibilities:✅ Installation, wiring, and system integration of avionics and mechanical components on UAV platforms ✅ Manufacturing in-house avionic components as required ✅ Maintaining detailed build records and ensuring adherence to quality standards ✅ Conducting system integration and installation tests ✅ Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations ✅ Self-certifying completed work and contributing to process improvements ✅ Problem-solving and delivering corrective actions to optimize production efficiencyWhat We're Looking For: Essential:Hands-on experience in avionics/electronic engineeringStrong knowledge of production and maintenance processes to high-quality standardsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience with avionic hardware production and wiring installationsProactive problem-solving skills and a meticulous, quality-conscious approach Preferred:NVQ Level 3 in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent experienceTime-served apprenticeship in avionics/electronic manufacturing, installation, or testingPrevious experience in the aerospace sectorIT proficiency relevant to the roleWhat's in It for You?
