Professional Roofer required to work with a Leicestershire based local councils maintenance team. I am looking for a roofer to work with an established social housing provider in theLeicester area. This is an ongoing temporary contract with the potential of a permanent contract after 12 weeks. The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across theLeicester area.Work will include laying felt, replacing tiles, flat/pitched roof repairs, part rendering walls and chimneys, repair brickwork as well as cladding and replacing loft insulation. Youwill receive: 18 - 19 P/H Ongoing work/temp to perm The successful candidate will be expected to complete: Planned maintenance on domestic properties 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week.
