Walker Cole International has been retained to search for a Director of Quality and QP to join a rapidly growing wholesale company based in the London area. As the Director of Quality and QP, you will oversee and lead the quality function, along with managing the batch release activities for their secondary manufacturing site.Your responsibilities as the Director of Quality will be:Lead and manage all quality activities for a GMP secondary manufacturing facilityManage, develop and coach a team of Quality Assurance Executives and QP'sPlay a figure head role in managing regulatory agency inspections from MHRA, HPRA and EMADevelop cross functional team building initiatives with manufacturing and distribution for long-term cultural benefitsA key member of the site leadership teamThe success candidate for the Director of Quality position will demonstrate the following: Extensive pharmaceutical manufacturing industry experienceEligibility to be QP/Qualified PersonPrevious pharmaceutical manufacturing site leadership experience within a UK based siteStrong evidence of managing 1st and / or 2nd line quality managerKnowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance processes in compliance with GMDP requirements.Director of Quality | Quality Director | QA Director | Quality Assurance Director | HPRA | MHRA | Quality Assurance | Quality | GMP | Good Manufacturing Practice | GDP | Good Distribution Practice
