OverviewWe are seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to join our UK Team, as a Client Service Advocate, based in Ipswich!In this exciting role, working across a varied client portfolio, you will act as a key point of contact for clients on query resolution and ensure effective management and delivery of client servicing needs.The successful candidate will have a completeunderstanding of clients service requirements from placement of the business through to collection and settlement of claims, across multiple classes of business. You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, reinsurers, brokers and internal collaborators, for your account portfolio, to ensure the best level of service is delivered in a collaborative manner. This role will require appropriate engagement with agreed clients, to ensure client service needs are understood, expectations are met and our service proposition is maintained. Servicing functions within remit are placement support, premium billing, claims and pro-rata processing. How you'll make an impactAct as point of contact to clients, brokers, reinsurers, local overseas offices and management for assigned accounts.Establish the services your client values, whilst providing clear, accurate, timely and relevant material, including MI, as the need arises by stakeholders.Understand our clients business and their reinsurance programs, collaborating closely with placement brokers to appreciate any specific client requirements.Build positive relationships with processing handlers and client service managers to improve client service.Maintain and, where possible, improve client relationships by delivering expectations and client service needs in a timely fashion. Monitor program experience for assigned clients, being aware of any anomalies and bringing up any concerns as appropriate.Maintain ultimate responsibility for coordinating and effectively managing all query resolutions. Also monitor, understand and coordinate on key financial metrics, for regular update and discussions with client.Work closely with broking team to ensure they are kept informed of client service, issues and that developing situations are brought up as necessary. Undertake travel as the need arisesto client, reinsurer and/or other Gallagher Re offices to attend relevant meetings, then ensure meeting notes and follow-up actions are completed. Adhere to standard internal processes, policies and procedures, and other external regulatory requirements.
