A minimum of 2-3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client lawExperience in dealing with trusts and contentious probateA strong understanding of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of AttorneyExperience managing a busy caseload with attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyDemonstrates excellent client management and communication skills What will your role look like?
