Production Engineer Electronics Manufacturing High Wycombe | Full-time, Permanent | 40 hours per week Monday: 8am - 5pm | Tuesday to Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm | Friday: 8am - 4pm Actio Recruitment is proud to support our electronics manufacturing client in High Wycombe in their search for a Production Engineer . This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Production Engineering Manager . Key Responsibilities Design and issue work procedures and instructions for production teams Review PCB designs from clients (Gerber and SMT pick-and-place files) and convert them into production instructions Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support Design and build test jigs and wiring harnesses for programming devices Collaborate with product designers to ensure smooth manufacturing processes Experience with Siemens Siplace Pro software is highly beneficial What Were Looking For Production Engineering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment Electronics design experience is highly desirable Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to production support Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading electronics manufacturer and play a key role in production efficiency and innovation.
