As HSEQ Manager, you'll report directly to the board and take full ownership of the health, safety, environmental, and quality strategy. You'll also mentor a Health & Safety Trainee who's already two years into their journeygiving you a chance to lead, coach, and shape the future of safety within the business. HSEQ Manager 60,000-65,000 + Package Construction East Anglia (Hybrid) ID: 689353 What you'll be doing: Advising the board on HSEQ strategy and setting standards across the business Managing and maintaining the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) Supporting site teams with RAMS and carrying out risk assessments Leading monthly safety inspections and following up on actions Delivering HSEQ training and upskilling staff Investigating incidents and managing RIDDOR reporting Managing HSEQ documentation, portals, inductions, and subcontractor registers What we're looking for: NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate (or equivalent) Experience in the construction industry (any sector considered) Strong understanding of CDM regulations Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels What's in it for you: Up to 65,000 salary EV company vehicle 23 days' holiday + bank holidays 8% pension (3% employee / 5% employer) Ongoing CPD support Hybrid working - 2 office / 2 site / 1 home If you're ready to take ownership of the HSEQ function and help shape the culture of a growing contractor, apply today.
