A client I'm working with based in North London is recruiting for a seeking a Revenues Officer to join its Council Tax Billing Team. Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office) Rate: Negotiable Skill-set: Proficient in the IT System Civica Strong knowledge and experience in Council Tax administration Experience and understanding in providing Housing Benefits and Council Tax Support Responsibilities: Process and assess Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims. Handle enquiries from the public regarding Council Tax, Benefits, and Council Tax Support. Understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.
