Our culture is dynamic, challenging, and most importantly, friendly – and we are looking for a driven individual to join us as a Technical Services Manager at Colworth Park.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 5 technical services staff, driving technical excellence and ensuring compliance with all SHE policies.Deliver technical reports and liaise with the client to understand their needs, delivering large and complex projects.Manage energy usage and implement energy efficiency strategies.Ensure the safe and efficient completion of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, meeting all legislative requirements.Deliver monthly financial reports to clients.Travel to site as needed, including participation in a call-out/standby rota.Key Requirements:Strong electrical qualifications (C&G or equivalent) and AP2.Competent in electrical systems and ability to work as an electrical systems competent person.Experience in commercial HVAC systems and CAFM software.Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A sound understanding of SHE legislation and its practical application.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Desirable Skills & Experience:Familiarity with BMS platforms (Trend preferred).Experience with Lenel Security Systems.Degree or qualification in engineering or building services.Why Join Apleona?We offer a supportive and fast-paced work environment where your contributions are valued.You’ll have access to a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development.With a team-oriented culture, you will be part of an exciting, growing company with opportunities to progress your career.If you’re an experienced technical professional with a passion for service excellence and leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
