The established business are currently looking for a Contract Manager who is motivated and ambitious to achieve the most out of their career.With a consistent stream of contract awards the position will be working closely with the business owner from their office based near Tonbridge, Kent, being responsible for a portfolio of maintenance contracts across London and surrounding areas.This really is an exciting opportunity to join a personable company within building services maintenance with a great path develop your career to its optimum level.Key duties & ResponsibilitiesReporting to OwnerTechnical supporting both the client and the engineering teamResponsible for managing the company's quality procedures on siteManagement of client relationships on a daily basis.Attending client meetingsDealing with client's requirements including additional projects / worksRecruitmentDevelop staff, annual appraisals etcManage staff absenteeism and be responsible for disciplinary issuesReportsWinning and managing additional business opportunitiesResponsible for the permit system.Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on the contract.RequirementsTechnically qualified - Apprenticeship / City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Air Conditioning / HVACExperience in managing contracts / maintenance teamsExperience working in Commercial / Retail / High-end Residential environmentsPersonable and good people skillsDriven and motivatedComputer skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Salary & BenefitsAnnual salary of £50,000 - £60,000Expenses25 days annual leavePensionTrainingGreat development opportunities
