We take a mindful approach to the origins, workers wellbeing and certification of all our oils and botanicals, with a commitment to evolving our support for global community projects.Our sustainability vision is an ongoing endeavour, along with our desire to create the very best aromatherapy products, so you can enjoy beautiful, glowing, healthy skin, free from harsh chemicals and unnecessary synthetics.Code of best practice:Act as an ambassador of a world-class brand and deliver our products and services in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures to ensure customers receive the expected and desirable level of customer service through a sincere approach of professionalism, valuable parting of knowledgeable advice, unsurpassed quality of delivery and genuine attention to customer fulfilment and experience.Overview of the roleMaterials management for production requirements, working with demand planning in order to maintain supply of all products for retail and professional productKey Responsibilities Manage the inbound supply requirements of all productManage and maintain all product master dataSet up off all new products and componentsAdding new product information to Product BibleManage artwork change requests according to supply requirements and approvalsKeying and managing purchase ordersKeying and managing assembly ordersBooking deliveries onto systemManaging all component inventory and transfer requirements for productionReview physical stock take versus system and lead investigations on discrepanciesManage inventory adjustmentsManage obsolete components and write offsMaintain supplier information for B CorpTwice annual Valpak EPR ReportingSustainability reporting input for customer databasesLead the annual festive product purchase requirementsWork with Demand Planner to manage forward forecast requirements for manufacturers and component suppliersWork with marketing to set up and order POS materials periodicallyPerson SpecificationExperience:Previous Supply Planning experienceStrong understanding of production planning alongside multiple component and raw material lead timesStrong understanding of product master data managementDemonstrable cross functional workingSkills & Aptitude:Ability to communicate and influence cross functionally and with all staff levelsHighly numerate and analyticalHighly organised and motivatedHands on, ability to manage deadlinesThrives in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlinesMicrosoft office competence, including Outlook and TeamsAdvanced Microsoft Excel knowledge essential, this will be tested at interview stageExperience with Business Central beneficial but not essentialReports to Head of OperationsAromatherapy Associates is dedicated to fostering a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
