Position: Site AdministratorLocation: Tilbury, EssexSchedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday, half-dayContract Duration: Minimum 12 monthsPayment: PAYEThis position involves a variety of tasks ranging from basic office duties to more complex responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the Projects. Key Responsibilities for the job include:Deliver a broad range of administrative services including document control and data inputObtain supplier quotations, complete material requisitions for purchasingCompile delivery dockets and complete GRNs (Goods received Notes) Maintaining stock levels and purchasing of Equipment / Stationery for officeReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packagesCompleting Weekly time sheets from site for payroll purposes and agencies time-keeping recordsAdministering the site Plant and Tool RegisterAssisting HR Department for onboarding personnel to siteAssisting HR Department with Training Management SystemParticipating in HSEQ Audits for ISO PurposesManaging travel plans, appointments and agendas of senior site managementAssist managers and executives with administrative tasksPrepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requestedIdentify and resolve routine administrative problemsAssisting colleagues whenever possibleAdhoc assistance to all aspects of running an efficient and productive site officeKey Competencies:Demonstrate a proactive approach and positive attitudeGood communication and interpersonal skillsGood organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload, flexibility, and drive to finish key activities through to completion.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy in work is essentialFamiliarity with office equipment such as printers and copiers.
