Estates ManagerRecruitment Agency reference: J87492A position has arisen for an Estates Manager within a highly regarded organisation based in the Northern Home Counties on a temporary – ongoing contract. This role is mainly responsible for contract management and dealing with compliance.Your duties will include:Providing engineering and building services leadership, ensuring effective maintenance programsDeveloping the estate operations in line with the corporate objectivesEfficient and effective management of contractors including specialist contractors dealing with highly complex plant and equipmentPlan and organise engineering and building services shut downs or connections for maintenance or new worksEnsuring that remedial works identified by ppm/compliance/mandatory checks and tests are undertaken to a suitable standard and in a timely mannerThe successful candidate should have:You must have previous experience of managing engineersTechnical Maintenance knowledge and be Electrically or Mechanically biased
