Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a multi-national packaging business which are looking recruit an Indirect Sourcing Manager. The ideal candidate has 5 years Indirect Sourcing experience and has strong ERP system competency.Key Responsibilities Ensure on-time, in-full supply of indirect commodities while meeting cost targets.Assess new suppliers and negotiate both new and existing contracts.Manage the regional indirect sourcing budget and oversee reporting activities.Maintain a regional network of plant buyers to drive synergies and ensure process compliance.Support plant purchasing by utilising procurement IT systems (JDE/SAP) for purchase order approvals, supplier database management, and pricing control administration.Develop market intelligence, providing insights into supplier capabilities, competition, and emerging technologies.Lead divisional procurement for selected category groups at a regional level.Streamline, enhance, and modernise existing procurement processes.On Offer£70,000 + Bonus + CarPrivate Medical5% matchedIf this role is of interest or you require further information, please apply with your most up-to-date CV.
