We are partnered with a leading technology organisation who are currently undergoing some exciting growth and development. As a result of this change they are looking for a Change Manager to help navigate and strategically drive their change programmes forward. - This role will be a fixed term contract running for 2 years. Role OverviewThis position plays a pivotal role in managing and steering internal strategic programmes and projects. The successful candidate will design and implement change management frameworks, ensuring robust controls and processes are in place to support business transformation.Key responsibilities include evaluating the impact of initiatives, assessing organisational readiness, identifying potential gaps, and proactively engaging stakeholders. The role requires effective risk management, ensuring that challenges are anticipated and mitigated to support the seamless execution of projects.A critical aspect of this role is ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet key milestones. This involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, tracking progress against objectives, and highlighting potential resource limitations or issues that could impact timelines.Skills & Experience Required:Engineering qualification or equivalent expertise gained through experienceDemonstrated background in programme management with a track record of successful project deliveryStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft ProjectAbility to oversee multiple internal strategic initiatives with a forward-thinking approachStrong commercial awareness and a passion for driving business growth and improvementExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbalExperience presenting project updates to senior leadership teamsProven ability to influence, drive change, and navigate complex business environmentsSkilled in managing competing priorities and resolving conflicts effectivelyThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of a dynamic and evolving organisation.
