This includes a Dementia Ward and specialist facility for those with Learning DisabilitiesTo provide effective care, it is critical the we deliver a robust and consistent M&E service, maintaining a myriad of assets and systems across the estate, while remaining mindful of any disruption to patients and staffAs Compliance Lead you will have no line mgmnt duties instead working to processes and systems, with a Continuous Improvement mentalityThis is a fantastic role for a confident Facilities Technical Lead looking to advance their career within Healthcare and become familiar with the industry specific regulationsActions will include:Perform supervisory functions common to a facility maintenance and utility plant operations organizationReview and evaluate performance and ensure quality standards are being metTake corrective action to resolve problemsUnderstand the Owner’s building operations rules for the building(s) under care and as provided by the Key Account ManagerWork with Key Account Manager to ensure efficient utilization of staffMake Task assignments as needed for Work Tickets and Preventative Maintenance Work Orders for the O&M TeamSolve problems within procedural limitationsEnsure staff complete PM’s and work orders as scheduled each monthEnsure the Operations & Maintenance Documents (Documents Library) of Drawings, O&M manuals, Site Operators Manual, etc. are up to date and neatly stored and easily and readily retrievableWe need from you:Clear M&E qualification, technical leadership experience/history of influencing others and driving changeIdeally an understanding of Healthcare Technical Memorandum (HTMs)
