This is a leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for setting the direction, driving lead generation, and ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind for prospective clients.What you’ll do?Strategic Leadership & GrowthDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.Lead the creation and ongoing refinement of marketing plans, balancing high-level vision with execution.Define and monitor marketing KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimise performance.Collaborate with agency leadership and senior management to enhance brand positioning and thought leadership.Oversee acquisition marketing, ensuring seamless brand integration and effective PR launches.Team Leadership & Cross-Department CollaborationBuild, mentor, and manage a growing marketing team across the UK and US, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.Work cross-functionally with sales, creative, and leadership teams to ensure a unified approach to growth.Lead key internal marketing communications, including board reports, stakeholder updates, and town hall presentations.Lead Generation & Performance MarketingDrive inbound lead generation through digital campaigns, content marketing, and targeted outreach.Oversee paid media and organic growth strategies across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms.Manage CRM and email marketing automation to nurture leads and optimise conversion.Brand & Content StrategyOversee thought leadership, case studies, and strategic content that strengthens our position in the market.Lead high-impact campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, PR, and events.Ensure brand consistency across all external-facing materials and marketing initiatives.What skills are required?Strategic thinker with strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a creative, digital, or brand agency.Proven expertise in lead generation, content strategy, and brand storytelling.Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.Strong data-driven mindset, with a track record of optimising marketing performance through analytics.Highly adaptable, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Location and working hoursThis role is working from our Manchester office, 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
