My Warrington based client are currently recruiting for a Billing Analyst. You will be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely invoicing and credit control. The role entails the following: Provide the required data-set to ensure that customers are accurately billed aligned to the agreed schedule. Look at any misalignment's in the data and resolve anything that prevents a successful charge. Support the business with processes such as reporting checks as well and identifying areas of risks and implementing improvements. Ensure accurate billing across all our client base. Complete transactional billing. Complete recurring billing. Complete one-off billing. Deal with any misalignments in data. Resolve internal / external queries. We are looking for a highly motivated, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Skills required: Strong/advanced use of Microsoft Strong communication both written and verbal Flexible working and home working is supported but you will be required in the office at least two days a week. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
