The Job Youll Do; Working in a fast paced manufacturing environment Working on various sewing machines including flatbeds and overlockers Manually picking materials from stores Working with various materials and fabrics Colour matching threads and ribbon Replacing bobbins and keeping machine maintained Wrapping completed products in to packaging ready for dispatch Completing visual quality inspection and completing quality assurance paper work Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times General housekeeping duties and following specific standard operations and being able to adhere to social distancing is required About You; Experience working as a sewing machinist Methodical with the ability to prioritise workload. Good communication and listening skills. Ability to motivate the team to meet KPIs. Ability to work to deadlines. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Problem solving skills.
