Offshore Installation Manager (Foundations) for a major offshore wind developer based in England.Responsibilities.Managing sub scopes of the Foundation T&I installation, incl. technical and commercial assessment of different installation methodologies and equipment.Ensure quality and safety compliance of T&I contractor's documentation.Coordinate Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) acceptance including sourcing of MWS.Continuous interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure schedule, cost, technical, quality and safety aspects of the T&I execution and project impact are managed.Ensure all loadout, transport and installation tasks are performed to acceptable standards.Capture and communicate lessons learned.Feed input to R&D, O&M and other internal stakeholders. RequirementsPossess strong project management capabilities with a structured, service-minded, and flexible approach to the assigned scope.Team player, self-starting, highly motivated, and shows willingness to travel.3+ years of experience as offshore installation manager or similar role within Foundation T&I in offshore wind.Should have experience working on European projects.Experience working with EU tenders would be a plus but not required.Has GWO and HUET certificates.Hybrid working, travel to Denmark, Poland, Holland as required.
