In this role, you'll utilize your experience, proficiency in cosmetic monetization, and knowledge of UGC ecosystems to help shape the future of cosmetics in the Fortnite universe.In this role, you willDefine and document principles & best practices for cosmetics across the Fortnite ecosystemAssist game development teams to ensure maximum cosmetic interoperabilityEvaluate and drive proposals for new cosmetic opportunitiesCollaborate with stakeholders, gathering input and regular feedbackEvangelizing UGC ecosystems, creating training materials, and presenting for internal audiencesWhat we're looking for5+ years of cosmetics and/or monetization experienceExperience building ecosystems and/or defining principles for first-party and UGC contentAbility to drive initiatives, with a desire to move quickly and challenge the status quoKnowledgeable about the Fortnite Ecosystem and its offeringsDemonstrated ability to improvise and creatively solve problemsStrong communication and presentation skillsEPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFEWe pay 100% for benefits except for PMI (for dependents).
