Client: HalfordsSubmit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.Location: Worcestershire, United KingdomJob Category: RetailEU work permit required: YesJob Reference: 209724d15676Job Views: 63Posted: 24.01.2025Job Description:Job Purpose:Ensure that the correct products are displayed with the correct image, copy, and attribution, offering the correct promotions and product and service recommendations for customers; all contributing to a great customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with Category, Customer, Content, and CRO teams to ensure the product setup, attribution, images, product copy, product location(s), delivery flags, and stock status reflect what the customer expects.Work with the Digital Trading, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure that all online product/range updates are delivered on time, with the right supporting content, in the right place.Focus throughout is on the customer journey and user experience.Support in organizing all major and minor sales events, re-merchandising the site as required.Implement changes to online category strategy based on customer and competitive insights, brand strategy, and e-commerce goals and initiatives.Analyse sales and web metrics to make recommendations about products and categories, web marketing, and promotions.Work closely with Customer Contact team, Data Analytics, and CRO teams to understand customer feedback and address issues, implementing changes where appropriate.Work closely with the Data analysis and CRO teams to analyse overall performance and optimisation opportunities.Influence key stakeholders through timely compelling insights and effective presentation of results.Key Skills/Experience:Passionate about the customer.Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines, often while working independently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
