To provide the agreed support to meet physical, social, emotional, and personal care needs, providing a comfortable home where those we support feel valued, happy and secureSome of your duties would include:Supporting the occupants to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips outCompleting relevant paperworkEngage our occupants in tasks and activitiesProvide support and assistance to adults with varying needs.Encourage independence and promote social inclusion.Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.Engage clients in meaningful activities and outings.Foster a safe and nurturing environment.Essential:Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle requiredThe LocationWatermill is a specialist service, rated CQC Outstanding, which offers high quality support for adults with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities.Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure.
