Soft Landscaping Team LeaderLocation: Wickford, EssexSalary/hourly rate: 13-13.50Contract type: PermanentWorking hours: Full time, 45 hours per week.Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.About the roleAs a Soft Landscaping Team Leader, you will get the chance to supervise a small team working on various soft-landscaping contracts with in our construction area. This could be anything from a new build, front lawn, rear garden, or public open space. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, learn more and provide high quality work for numerous exciting contracts.RequirementsPrior experience in soft landscaping including planting, turfing, mulching, tree planting & seeding.Hard Landscaping experience would be an advantage.Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.A full valid UK driving licence.A valid CSCS card is an advantage but not essential - but must be willing to obtain one to secure this position.A strong health and safety mindset.Why join us?As the UKs leading grounds maintenance and landscape creation provider, no two projects are ever the same and neither are our people.
