And a passion for all things motoring?This role will see you using your sales expertise as you proactively engage with customers at our shop, building rapport at pace, and advising on the products and services Halfords can provide to give them the best solution, ensuring that they leave not only with what they want, but also what they need.Youll work with a team to deliver sales across the Halfords Group through referrals of jobs such as Tyres, MOT and Services, as well as other car maintenance needs. Recommending the right solution for the customer is what this role is all about, whether we can fix it in the car park, at our local Autocentre or by arranging for our Halfords Mobile Expert van to fix it at the customers home or work.Brilliant at building relationships, youll work with the shop team, with colleagues in our Autocentre and our Halfords Mobile Expert teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.To be a success in this role youll need:A track record of achieving exceptional results against sales targets, through converting conversations into opportunitiesExcellent rapport-building and communication skillsExperience of delivering great face to face customer service ideally in a retail sales or automotive based environmentExperience of sharing expertise with othersA keen interest in or experience of working with motoring products / servicesWe know that everyone has different priorities at different stages of their lives, so we offer a wide range of rewards and benefits.
