With showrooms in Northampton, Bedford, Kings Lynn, Norwich, and Bury St Edmunds, we continue to grow and develop.Were looking for Sales Executives to work at our Multi-Franchise site in Kings Lynn.You dont need to have car sales experience; we can teach you what you need to know. You should be a people person who loves talking to people to establish their needs and present the solution. Youll be confident, enthusiastic, keen to learn, willing to work hard, and great at customer service.You will join a team of dedicated sales professionals who seek to add value to the customer experience. We have career development and progression opportunities and seek individuals with a desire, energy, and determination to do well.Working PatternsWe offer two working patterns, and you have the option to change quarterly:5 days a week (including Saturdays).5.5 days average (5-day week 1 and 6-day week 2) (including Saturdays).You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.About YouYou will be polite, articulate, and exceptionally well presented, meeting and always exceeding brand standards. You will be used to following a process and will embrace all training provided to succeed in your role.You should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Kings Lynn and have a full driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.About the PositionA large part of the Sales Executive position involves:Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact about our products.Prospecting for new customers by telephone and maintaining your own enquiry database.Maintaining product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer-led training.Providing exceptional customer service.RequirementsWe expect our new Sales Executives to demonstrate skills that will prove beneficial in the position, including:Negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.Full driving license.RemunerationWe provide a basic salary of 18,000 PA (5-day week) or 20,000 (5.5-day week) with a company car provided.
