We now have a vacancy for a Finance Assistant working out of our Carmarthen Depot.The Role:Processing Purchase invoicesDealing with supplier queries / Liaising with suppliersSetting up new supplier accounts and ensuring credit limits are up to dateProcessing supplier statementsWorking closely with internal depots to maintain purchase order accuracy.Provide assistance to Sales Ledger activities when requiredAdhering to tight month end deadlinesAdditional Ad-Hoc duties as required.The Candidate:Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills.Strong administration experience with excellent attention to detail.Able to plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the companys monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.Essential Skills:Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, Accounts / Finance knowledgeDesired Skills but not Essential as Full Training will be provided:Previous Experience of Accountancy SoftwareJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Casual dressCompany pensionOn-site parkingSchedule:Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pmMust be able to commute to Carmarthen.Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)
