Finance Business Partner Hybrid Role 45,000 - 50,000 South Derbyshire Eaton Syalon are partnering exclusively with a growing manufacturing business in Derbyshire to recruit a Finance Business Partner into the team. We're looking for a talented, commercially minded individual who wants to help shape key business decisions and contribute to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: Assist in driving business growth, working closely with the Financial Controller on project based work Drive cost optimisation and identify opportunities for business growth and profitability Work with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights Deliver business performance reports and present the numbers to senior stakeholders Drive continuous improvements in cost efficiency and monitor operational performance against cost targets Deliver cost-focused financial insights and recommendationsto senior leadership Develop and maintain cost models to support pricing strategies, budgeting and forecasting Person Profile: CIMA/ACCA/ACA finalist level or newly qualified Manufacturing experience desirable A strategic thinker with a background in finance and accounting A commercially aware individual who is keen to get out into the wider business to understand business needs, drive performance and efficiencies The ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels across a business Previous/current costing experience is desirable If you meet the above criteria and think this sounds like your ideal next role, please apply for immediate consideration.
