?? RF Electronic Warfare Engineer - Bristol / Stevenage ?? Location: Bristol or Stevenage (Relocation support available) ?? Salary: 48,000 - 55,000 (dependent on experience) ?? Working Pattern: Hybrid - Average 3 days per week on-site The Role: RF system design, integration, and testing for electronic warfare payloads. Requirements management, including decomposition and validation. Overseeing hardware transition into production (environmental testing, qualification, certification). Technical collaboration with suppliers and cross-disciplinary teams. Development and application of RF performance models . Essential Skills & Experience: Strong background in RF systems, signal processing, and EW techniques . Knowledge of radar systems, electronic countermeasures (ECM), or integrated air defence . Experience with SysML, DOORS, or Rhapsody (or similar model-based systems engineering tools). Understanding of algorithm design, implementation, and validation for EW applications.
