justteachers is recruiting for a KS2 Teacher to join a SEMH Primary School in Coventry from September 2025. This full-time, long-term position which presents opportunity for an educator passionate about opportunities for students with behavioural needs. This is a full time role and expected to last the entire academic year. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailoring to students in KS2 with additional behavioural needs and dysregulation. Use De-Escalation techniques to help regulate behaviour within the classroom. Implement strategies to support students SEMH needs and encourage personal growth. Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour, creating a safe and inspiring classroom environment. To apply for this role you must have: Experience teaching students with behavioural needs ideally in a SEMH or alternative setting. Qualified Teacher Status Two education or school-based references.
