Justteachers is seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Coventry, supporting students from KS1 to KS3 with a range of additional needs. Key responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students across KS1 to KS3 Create a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom where students feel safe and encouraged to learn. Use individualised teaching approaches, incorporating sensory-friendly strategies and communication aids where necessary. To be considered for this role, candidates must have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, non-verbal.
