A fantastic opportunity for a water hygiene engineer has arisen, to work for an international organization based around the Slough area has arisen Salary up to 34,000 Plus, great benefits and perks No shift patterns (40 hours) Location Slough area We are currently looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer to complete a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, minor plumbing and electro / mechanical tasks to meet clients' requirements. We welcome applicants with limited or no direct experience, provided they have relevant experience in similar fields. Are you a person who can deliver a high quality of service, with a keen eye for detail? Main Duties Completion of routine monitoring tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8. This is a mobile role, travelling to client sites and completing the necessary tasks to maintain compliance. To take a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with company procedures. Carry out water system clean and disinfections in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures. Testing, servicing and maintaining of thermostatic mixing valves and basic plumbing works where required. The ability to complete works on heating and chilled water systems and chlorine dioxide systems is desirable but not essential. Ensure that any equipment that you are responsible is kept clean and is properly maintained. Previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is essential.
