You will be working to meet targets and budgets agreed with the Commercial Manager, but be largely self-supervisory.A key element to this role is to achieve individual sales targets as agreed for each financial year and strive to continuously improve selling skills and service excellence.You will be operating a planned programme of activity in both face-to-face contact with prospects, influencers and customers, alongside product and company promotion.You will need to develop knowledge of the product range across all the brans.What Do I Need?To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:Wide knowledge of the vegetable / seed markets gained from either education or practical work experience.You will be commercially driven with an ability to sell direct to growers.You will also have a high level of verbal and online communication and presentation skills.About the ClientOur client is a leader in the development and production of vegetable and field crops seed.What's Next?
