Family Engagement Manager (Scale 2) Have you got what it takes to support prisoners, their families and significant others? As a Pact Family Engagement Manager you will manage the prison Visit Centre, in particular the family visit catering services, play sessions for children (facilitated during family visits) family-focused interventions e.g., homework clubs, special visits, themed family days. You will support families access to secure video visits, liaising with colleagues in the Visits Centre. About You: To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service, as well as experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment, ideally involving prisoners and/or their families. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload. You will have the ability to contribute to the planning and development of Pacts family work and also have knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice. In addition, you will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in building partnerships with a range of agencies.
