You will benefit from an environment that offers a good work-life balance within a more relaxed, team-cultured environment while also providing quality clients and work within a larger firm setting. The firm's audit clients are primarily located within the immediate Devon region, minimizing away work. A mix of remote/home working and office involvement can work well, with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week. The firm also offers flexible hours and competitive benefits and salaries.DescriptionJoining their Exeter offices as an Audit and Accounts Manager, reporting directly to the partners, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of audit and accountancy services to a wide-ranging portfolio across various sectors and turnovers. You will manage teams and individuals to deliver this work, provide coaching and support to junior staff, and be responsible for reviewing and finalizing work and preparing reports. A high commitment to quality is essential, as you will take responsibility for ensuring that the quality of service is maintained.
