Frequent travel is also required for customer meetings at Retailer Head Offices.Manage, network and develop relationships with your National Accounts (Tesco Group)Develop and execute the plan and brand strategies with existing account portfolio in line with company objectivesIncrease distribution and visibility of products within the account baseDevelop new business within account baseResponsible for the delivery of internal targets with focus on profitable growthPromotional plan implementation in line with strategy and customer planUnderstand commercial impact Pricing, promotions, and Investment etc.Negotiate trading terms, pricing, range reset opportunities, JBPs and cost increase where relevantDevelop, implement, and execute clear JBPs with customer base ensuring focus on key measures for customer base and internal targets for Pets ChoiceCollaborate with internal teams with focus on account specific objectivesProvide clear internal and external analysis of reports with focus on performance measuresStrong execution with retailers of NPD plans with clear implementation of support plansFocus on forecasting, internal communication and understanding of retailer supply demandsDevelop internal and customer presentationsFocus on category-based rationale and track competitor activityKey attributes and skills:Strong commercial and negotiation skillsNational Account Management experience gained from a FMCG environment with experience of managing top 4 mults.
