Terms and conditions apply.An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen to be a part of the Mental Health Intensive Support Service, based across Cheshire and Wirral.This is a newly established Service that provides specialist assessment, treatment, interventions 'support, to help people recover from complex mental health problems & to regain the skills & confidence to live successfully in the community.Main duties of the jobAs a Mental Health Practitioner, you will work intensively with a small cohort of patients with a range of complex needs, providing high quality levels of care in order to assist these patients to live independent lives.
