At Wilde, we're not just an aparthotel group; we're a diverse and inclusive team that encourages you to bring your unique self to work and make a real impact.We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our brand new, soon to be open 229 room Wilde Aparthotel on Park St, Cambridge, London, and to work alongside our recently appointed new Sales Manager.At our Park Street location in the heart of Cambridge, we champion the incredible local produce and suppliers that make this city unique. Whether you're popping in for a locally brewed craft beer, a glass of organic wine, or a handcrafted gin from the surrounding area, our bar proudly showcases the best of Cambridges artisans.Additionally, our beautiful terrace offers a relaxed outdoor space where guests can unwind, enjoy their meals, or savour a drink while taking in the fresh airperfect for long summer days and evenings.The ideal candidate would have prior experience in Hotel, Aparthotel, Property or Hospitality Sales, along with prior experience working in the UK market, and local market knowledgethis is a requirement for this role. Meeting and speaking with new and existing clients, securing and managing new corporate accounts by building and maintaining professional working relationships.Promotion: Actively and dynamically promote the Wilde brand through sales and marketing activity including promotional road shows and presentations undertaken by the company.What we are looking for:Hotel/Aparthotel Sales, Reservations and/or Property Account Management experience ideallyPrior experience working in the UK hospitality market, and local market knowledgeKnowledge of Sales Force/Opera/IDEAS/Agency360/LinkedIn Sales NavigatorLocal market and GDS knowledge is preferredAssist with the administration of the day-to-day property management systems (e.g. Opera/Ideas/SiteMinder/Salesforce training will be provided)Providing timely, accurate, competitive quotes on all corporate and long-stay enquiries while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.Maintaining accurate records of all prices, sales, and activity reports.Securing and managing corporate accounts, and group agencies by building and maintaining professional relationships with key bookers.Fiercely proactive with a can-do attitudeRelationship ManagementCustomer and local market dynamics/trendsWillingness to travel when neededDriving sales activity to generate new business and grow existing businessIf you possess the ability to navigate through challenges with a blend of kindness and clarity, backed by data-driven decision-making skills, we'd love to hear from you!
