Plus, youll have a hand in delivering engaging training sessions, diving into educational programs, and even dipping your toes into audit and research initiatives.Based at Nicholson House in Maidenhead, your days will be filled with meaningful visits to clients in their homes within the local community. Youll need to have a car to travel to your appointments.And while we mostly catch-up virtually, occasional in-person team meetings, training sessions, or other service-related gatherings may take place at our office base.Main duties of the jobUndertaking Memory assessments of patients and conducting semi-structured interviews with family members and others involved in a patients care.Using Memory assessment cognitive tests.Assessing current risks and identifying how the risk and patient health needs would be best met.Promoting and developing evidence-based practice working within NICE guidelines.Collaborating with members of the integrated Older Adults Mental Health team to provide advice and support where required.Supervising junior staff and students.Working for our organisationBerkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is a specialist mental health and community health services trust.
