You will need to be flexible, innovative and a good team player with the ability to work independently within the community setting.Main duties of the jobThe successful individual will be responsible for providing specialist dietetic skills, assessment, and knowledge as part of a multidisciplinary cardiac rehab team across west Hertfordshire and supporting the MDT in delivering cardiac rehabilitation exercise and education session for patients following a recent cardiac event, cardiac procedure or with a diagnosis of heart failure.
