We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager to join our Eurest team based in Newcastle.Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.Services include: Lunch, Vending, Hospitality and Coffee Shop.Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Adhere to all client and company Health & Safety policies and procedures at all timesTo ensure all displays, counters and seating areas comply with company and statutory health and hygiene requirementsComplete, maintain and update all Food Safety and Health & Safety paperworkManage and drive the completion of all compulsory training with all team membersAdvocate the delivery of all company and unit profit protection proceduresConduct and monitor all stocktaking procedures ensuring minimal risk of wasteTo proactively upsell and demonstrate an excellent knowledge of products provided to customers and clientsTo take responsibility for all monies within the business whilst on shift ensuring all Profit Protection Procedures and relevant paperwork is adhered to at all timesTo ensure health and safety issues are investigatedTo oversee the preparation and production of food to the brand standardEnsure company marketing material is up to date and relevant to company standardsAnalyse and effectively manage all in unit costsMonitor and manage GPEnsure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintainedAbout You:Experience in a similar role, ideally contract catering and the management of producing food and adhering to recipes and menu planningExperience in a high-volume food delivery siteFinancial acumen with experience of stock control and budget reportingAbout Us:We connect workplaces to mindful, flavourful & planet-positive catering.
