Albeit agency is attractive for many reasons (we completely get it!), and staying put in a job you know is comfortable - but what can a change offer you?About the Team:The Turn Around for Children Service is a multi-agency, professional service which manages and delivers the Gloucestershire Family Drug & Alcohol Court. You will support families who have addictions and co-morbidities which present as Hidden Harm for children. You'll work intensely, therapeutically, systematically, and restoratively with trauma across whole families, most often generational trauma. You will be working with families in a court setting and writing reports every fortnight.Salaries range from 46,731 - 49,764Locations: Cotswolds, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Forest of Dean, Cheltenham, GloucesterThe package includes:welcome payment of 4,000an annual retention payment of 2,000a relocation package of up to 8,000Flexible working optionsgenerous annual leave starting at 25.5 days and increasing to 30.5 days after five years, with the ability to purchase 10 additional days per year for added flexibilityThe Council is dedicated to providing timely support for every child, aiming to ensure a happy and fulfilling life.
