Working within a mixed bag of sectors ranging from Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure, and Automotive, this company accumulates an annual turnover of 130 million.The project that they are currently working on is a 200 unit Student Accommodation based in the Bath area. They require a Finishing Manager with experience within this sort of project to work for them until September on a Temporary basis.Requirements:Minimum of 2-3 years site experienceSound working knowledge of relevant site activitiesProven experience of seeing a task through to completionProven experience in supervising site activities or similarAppropriate CSCS cardSMSTS certificateFirst Aid at Work certificateBasic IT skillsExperience working on a Student Accommodation project (Essential)Able to commute to Bath on a daily basis (Essential)Responsibilities:Report to Senior Site ManagerManaging Sub-ContractorsQuality AssuranceWorking to programmeOverseeing the work of fit-out subcontractors and carrying out all snagging to ensure the highest quality standards are met.Reporting into site-based Project Manager on a daily basis.Overseeing all Health & Safety on site.Ensuring work is delivered in a timely fashion meeting programme target.Drafting short-term programme amendments where required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
