Our Finance Global Shared Service Centre based on the CSL Seqirus site in Liverpool (Speke) supports our 3 main businesses: CSL Behring, CSL Seqirus and CSL Vifor globally. We are looking to hire a Manager - Accounting Systems Admin & Analytics, a keymember of the Global Accounting Operations team (AO) and part of the Accounting Transactions team (AT).This role reports into Associate Director, Accounting Transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Documentation: Ensure mapping of AO processes are kept up to date and review deviations from the processMetrics: Work with AO to produce meaningful metrics, run and report on Key metrics, support with data gatheringSystems: Support with leasing system for IFRS16 reporting (admin & reporting), support with Blackline reconciliation tool (admin & reporting), support on month end processes in SAP, AllocationsCounterparty credit exposure: Support counterparty credit process including order releasesMasterdata: Support the business on applicable finance masterdata processesGeneral: Drive enhancements, efficiencies & standardisation, drive process improvementSkills & ExperienceA Strong educational background and a degree or diploma, preferably in finance, commerce, or accounting5+ years experience in relevant field/industryExperience in global scientific/pharmaceutical industry highly desirable1-3 years supervisory or demonstrated leadership experienceStrong organisation and process management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and is a natural collaborator who can engage with stakeholders at all levelsClear and concise written and verbal communication skillsStrong numerical and analytical skills together with an ability to understand and succinctly explain large and complex conceptsHigh attention to detailLearning agility & intellectual horsepowerMicrosoft Office skills including a strong capability in Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, Analysis for Office (preferable)Time Management & priority settingAbility to work autonomously to drive for resultsProblem solving and dealing with ambiguityContinuous improvement mindsetThis role is based out of our Financial Shared Service Centre, Speke, Liverpool.Hybrid role: Office based Tuesday, Wednesdayand ThursdayClosing date for applications: 18th April 2025Our BenefitsCSL Seqirus is committed to attracting and retaining world-class employees who are valued for their contributions to achieving business objectives.
