Role: Account DirectorSalary: 70k-75k plus benefitsJob Status: Permanent/Full-TimeLocation: Central LondonVacancy Reference: VR/05297Role Description:Our client, a leading provider of cleaning, security, and soft facilities management solutions, is looking for an Account Director to join their Team.You will be responsible for managing the cleaning services for a property portfolio that represents one of the most prestigious and diverse real estate collections in the UK.As Account Director, you will be responsible for service delivery, service enhancement, value, ESG and cost saving initiatives. Ideally, the Account Director will have experience in a similar role within the corporate London market, and will be skilled in meeting client needs and senior level reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join an inspiring Team who prides itself on being an industry-leading facilities management company through growth and determination, delivering a first-class service to its clients across the UK.Responsibilities:Performance Management: Ensure contracts meet targets, resolve complaints and drive process improvementsCustomer Experience: Enhance client satisfaction through proactive solutions, cost efficiency and innovative servicesCommercial and Supply Chain Oversight: Manager suppliers, control costs and support compliant contract procurementTeam Leadership & Development: Recruit, train and motivate teams while fostering growth and retentionEfficiency & Compliance: Drive cost savings, track contract milestone and ensure regulatory compliance, including Health & Safety.Requirements:Experience in a similar role within Manufacturing and DistributionCorporate real estate experienceSkilled in negotiation, meeting client needs and senior-level reportingStrong knowledge of budgeting, performance management and metricsProficient in MS Office and relevant industry softwareAttention to detailIOSH & NEBOSH desired but not essentialExcellent communication, relationship-building, organisational and leadership skills.
