Delivery Assurance SpecialistPermanent Role (up to 70,000 PA + Benefits)Hybrid (2-3 days on-site London)Our client is looking for a Delivery Assurance Analyst to support project governance, assurance, and the effective implementation of stage-gating processes. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are delivered with structure and consistency, turning red projects to green through strong oversight and meticulous attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with project managers to ensure proper governance and adherence to stage-gating processes.Conduct initial assurance meetings, define and run stage gates, and oversee the full project lifecycle.Assist in identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement within projects.Provide project delivery support, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed correctly.Monitor project health and escalate concerns where necessary.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support project delivery and assurance initiatives.What were looking for:5-6 years of experience in project/delivery assurance, PMO roles.Strong understanding of Prince2 and waterfall methodologies.Experience with stage-gating and full project lifecycle management.Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.A proactive individual who can engage stakeholders and drive governance.Ability to work in a structured yet slow-moving environment and implement best practices.This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to play a key role in improving project governance and assurance processes.
